- Social media engagements, including followers, likes, comments, and subscribers.
Once the service has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place because digital services, once delivered, cannot be returned or undone.
2. Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with the delivery of your order (e.g., incomplete or incorrect delivery), you may contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will review your case and, if applicable, take corrective action to resolve the issue. However, this does not guarantee a refund
3. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information (e.g., account details, review content) for the fulfillment of their order.
- BestSMMExpert is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Fraud Prevention
This non-refundable policy helps protect against fraudulent claims and ensures that our services are not exploited. By purchasing from BestSMMExpert, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
5. Discretionary Exceptions
In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, we may issue a refund or credit if we determine that the circumstances warrant such action. However, this is not guaranteed and does not set a precedent for future cases.
